Grow From One Star to Five

Meet inspection requirements, earn new hotel stars and unlock increasingly prestigious facilities. After reaching five stars, continue developing your hotel toward the ultimate Palace status.

Build and Upgrade Your Hotel

Expand upward with room floors and improve reception, elevators and facilities. Balance capacity, efficiency and cost as your hotel grows from a modest beginning into a vast hospitality empire.

Create Facilities Guests Want to Visit

Build restaurants, gyms, conference floors, spas, an Event Hall and a casino. Each facility has its own role, capacity and upgrade path, giving you new ways to attract guests, increase satisfaction and earn income.

Host Conferences and Major Events

Accept conference bookings, reserve rooms for multi-day groups and guide participants through your hotel. Later, host larger events such as weddings and gala-style celebrations in the Event Hall.

Keep the Hotel Running

Hire cleaners, develop your Service Floor and respond to operational problems before they disrupt the guest experience. A successful hotel needs more than beautiful rooms—it also needs reliable logistics and well-planned services.

Master Hotel Logistics

Manage guest queues, elevator traffic, room availability, staffing, facility coverage and satisfaction. Rapid expansion can be profitable, but only if the hotel can handle the pressure.

Begin Again With a Growing Head Start

Each time you reach Palace status, future playthroughs gain a permanent 10% bonus to income. The bonus stacks with every completed Palace run—for example, four Palace completions grant a 40% income bonus.
