About the Game

Glaide is a tower-defense game where the towers themselves are the objective to protect. The game attacks you with different combinations of enemies in every level and you have to respond by which gladiator to place and where. It aims to provide a quality pastime with satisfying gameplay and progression rewards.

  • Tactical gameplay: Choose your gladiators and place them carefully, upgrade them, and use powers.

  • Multiple levels: Every level has a different pattern of enemies, learn it to survive and unlock new levels.

  • Unlocking gladiators and powers: Certain gladiator types and permanent starting bonuses will not be available from get-go. You have to progress to unlock them.

  • Story: Progressing through levels will also progress the story through NES style cutscenes.

  • Old school visuals: NES color palette, CRT filter, and certain retro game tropes.
