In Germ Swarm, you command the human immune system from a microscopic perspective, battling waves of bacteria, viruses, and other pathogens as infection spreads throughout the host.

⚠️ Contains large numbers of bacteria, viruses, and microscopic biological imagery that may be uncomfortable for players with trypophobia.

Fight Ever-Mutating Pathogens

As an infection progresses, they continuously adapt and mutate in response to conditions inside the host:

Evolve Your Immune System

Inspired by real immunology, systems such as antigen presentation, immune memory, antibody production, and immune cell recruitment can all influence the course of battle.

As the game progresses, you will gain access to increasingly advanced medical interventions, including pharmaceuticals, vaccines, radiation therapy, and bacteriophage therapy, providing additional tools to combat ever-mutating pathogens.

Recover genetic fragments from defeated pathogen bosses, study their mutations and evolutionary adaptations, and turn their traits into powerful upgrades for your immune system.
