Story:
Mary Thorne books a week-long getaway at Valley View Escape with her friend, Carly, to escape family chaos and focus on her project. When Carly is delayed, Mary spends the first few days alone and soon senses an unnerving presence around her. Can she uncover the source of that strange feeling and survive the week, or will she succumb to the Gaze of Dread?
Gameplay:
Gaze of Dread is an atmospheric first-person horror walking simulator featuring an interactive world, rising suspense and tension, and an immersive narrative. Focus on your photos and some quiet time before Carly gets there. Each day–night cycle brings dreams that blend with what you’ve seen and grow more intense, as the unease builds and you work to stay calm.
