GAME DESCRIPTION

Meet Tony and embark on his wild Sex Adventure as he rediscovers life as a single guy.

EPISODE 8

Tony has been yearning for a downtown office building for a while without any luck. The few available are all under long-term contracts. So, when his business partner Gavin announces he is moving to the East Coast, Tony sees a chance to snatch up the vacated space.

But Tony is not the only one interested, and Gavin is a tough negotiator. After numerous back-and-forth emails fail to secure the deal, Tony and his two assistants arrange a face-to-face meeting, determined to sway Gavin in their favor.

Will they find a way to secure the rental contract?
