About the Game

Frontiers is a game about collecting items, dodging bullets, and beating up robots. Inspired primarily by action RPGs of the 90's, Frontiers cranks it up to 110 percent by emphasizing combat and high paced action to swiftly and methodically take out your enemies.

You play as Derick Wakefield, an eccentric prospector looking to cash in on the Klondike Gold Rush in 1899. There is one small problem, however; an Alien, Needle Mantis, and his friend Professor G. Whardsworth have been contracted to destroy Earth. Their punishment for not doing so? They would rather not find out.

Your goal quickly switches from getting rich to saving the planet. Doing so requires you to destroy every base of operation belonging to your conniving enemies, all while listening to a soundtrack that relaxes your neurons in shops and makes your blood pump everywhere else. Just make sure to get out of each base alive before it all comes crumbling down.

Along the way, you may encounter some... interesting characters.

But you still must keep your eye on the prize. It's high noon somewhere, pardner.
