Frontier Control: Invasion is a Real-Time Strategy survival game in which you play the commander of a human space colony under the attack of outer space robots. Build your base, train your colony, and fight herds of enemies and bosses.
Flexible playstyle
Every unit gains experience and levels up while in combat, unlocking access to passive and active abilities according to their current weapon and armor suit.
There are only 2 units you can train in the game, Agents and Specialists.
However each unit can be equiped with a unique weapon and armor suit, each of those influencing the unit stats and abilities. There are 8 different weapons and 8 different armor suits, making for a total of 64 possible different combinations.
Tower Defense x RTS
While the game is played as a classic Real-Time Strategy game, there are 8 different offensive turrets you can build in your base, each of one that can be leveled up twice. Weather you prefer focusing on efficient simcity and static defenses or training your entire colony into an army and not using any turrets, both can work.
Fully destructible map
Every single object on the map can be destroyed or used as a cover for your units like cars or appartments. As the game progresses, the city will get more and more damaged by enemy drops and new routes will be taken by enemy herds to attack your base.
