About the Game

"Where do trends go when they die?"

Bernie Wade, a sanitation worker tasked with investigating the existence of a potential marine landfill, gets more than he bargained for when it turns out that not only does the landfill exist, it's also... inhabited.

Don't worry, they're Friendly.

THE BASICS

Friends for Strawberry is a story-driven, first-person horror shooter where you find yourself trapped on a landfill in the middle of the ocean, held captive by the cannibal castaways dwelling there, who themselves are held captive by... something in the trash, that won't let anyone or anything go. Explore their makeshift town (made of trash), collect various weapons (all made of trash) to fight your way to freedom, and... try not to die. Or worse.

Basically:

  • Explore a seafaring community made entirely of garbage, haunted by people and things cast away.

  • Discover how the landfill came to be, and why the people here won't leave.

  • Escape. Escape. Escape.

  • Swing trash pipe. Shoot trash gun. Whatever.

  • Be a good Friend to Strawberry.

  • Also this one's got blood in it, and swearing. Do with that info what you will.

THE CONTROLS

  • WASD: Move

  • Mouse: Camera 

  • E: Interact/Use Item

  • Left Mouse Button: Use Weapon

    • Got more than one? Use 1 - 3 to switch weapons.
