Fractaloid Attacks! — About the Game

🧬 Inside the Program

You are the Spheronoid — a research probe sent deep into a computational system. Somewhere within its structures, life has begun to grow. Unsanctioned. Unplanned. Fractaloids. Each one grows from a unique code locked inside a seed: some unfold into branching crowns of faceted crystals, others into spirals, lattices, asymmetric corals. No noise, no randomness — pure geometry, recursion after recursion, until the system no longer recognises what it has made.

Your goal is to collect the seeds. To understand how infinite complexity grows from a single simple rule. But a seed does not give itself up. To extract the code, you have to take the tree apart. Destruction is not the goal here. It is the only way. But life knows how to fight back!

💥 Physics arcade: breakout × pinball × dungeon

  • Launch the ball through branching cave labyrinths, building ricochet chains

  • Combo chains multiply your score — each crystal destroyed in sequence is worth more than the last

  • Shattered branches drop seeds, lives and upgrades — collect them mid-flight

  • Virtual inhabitants attack: wall-crawling spiders, leaping beetles that spit sticky goo, alien orbs with laser eyes, bird flocks that steal your harvest, swarms of bees bursting from destroyed nodes

  • Water rises in real time — submerging checkpoints, warping the physics of the bounce, and if the Spheronoid is swallowed by the flood, the run ends

🎮 Easy to launch. Deep to master

The technology tree unlocks 16+ abilities — from gravity holes and orbiting satellites to mitosis clones and tractor beams. Every level introduces new geometric traps: teleport portals, snowflake freeze spheres, chain calcification — where one shattered crystal turns an entire living tree into a permanent stone wall. Clear the cave methodically or chase maximum combo depth — the system rewards both approaches.
