A pirate themed arcade survivor with rouge-lite elements. Shoot your way though the ever expanding sea as you defend yourself from sea snakes and ghost ships as you collect gold to upgrade your ship.

AHOY! You are a Pirate, you like Gold, you like treasure but the Sea's are vast and treacherous. Fool's Gold is a survival game at its core. As enemies are slain throughout the game the player gains Dabloons. Dabloons are used in the various shops to upgrade the player's ship. As the player progresses more stronger enemies spawn so it's best to upgrade your ship!
Upgrade Your Ship
Special Islands allow you to spend the loot acquired throughout the run. This can be used to change your shield, increase your cannons fire rate or upgrade various other aspects to your ship.
Unique Maps
Each map is a bordered circle of Ocean Tiles with randomly placed islands. Each time the player rests, the map expands its edges and spawns in additional islands. Before the expansion the player will choose a special Island Type to spawn among the new islands. Different Islands will have different perks for purchase. This creates a unique experience for each run.
Davy's Storm
Davy Jones does not like to share. He lacks patient and does not like travelers on his sea. After an amount of time or when the player earns too much gold Davy will cast a storm starting from the last place of rest. When in the storm enemies spawn continuously and have a chance to spawn with increased stats.
