Fluffy Fighters - Tactical is a turn-based tactical RPG set in a medieval fantasy world of small cats.

You lead your cat through a free-roaming world and tactical arenas, building a small team of feline fighters with their own roles, equipment, identity and combat style.

The game focuses on clear tactical decisions: positioning, movement, range, initiative, action points and abilities. Every fight is built around reading the battlefield, choosing the right target, protecting your team and using each character’s strengths at the right moment.

Character customization is also a major part of the game. You can shape your cat’s appearance, visual identity, role and progression to create a fighter that feels personal and recognizable.

Your team can equip different combat gear, relics, protections and specialized equipment. These items can unlock unique abilities or change how a unit plays in battle.

Fluffy Fighters - Tactical also includes behavioral gameplay AI for cat characters. This is not generative AI or an LLM. It is gameplay AI designed to make enemies and allied cats react to the battlefield, choose targets, respond to player positioning and create more dynamic tactical interactions.

Planned features include a free-roaming world structure, tactical arena battles, team management, equipment progression, naval tactical combat and additional systems built around cat characters and tactical decision-making.

The goal is to create an accessible and readable tactical RPG, while keeping enough depth for every team composition, equipment choice and combat decision to matter.
