Flooded Burials is a top-down action adventure game where you explore an ancient tower sunken in the sea. Face combat and platforming challenges, interact with a unique cast of characters, and experience the variety of beautiful stages the tower has to offer as you make your way down towards that which awaits you at the bottom.
Explore ancient ruins: Buried beneath the waves and long forgotten, the tower still stands.
Taking on the role of Farah, you are equipped with a magical weapon and the ability to lower the sea level. Fight your way down into the depths of the sea and uncover the mysteries of an ancient, lost civilization.
Stylized environment: Journey through the tower and experience a variety of unique areas and creatures, rendered beautifully with pixel art with an original score and atmospheric lighting that varies from stage to stage.
Interactable NPC’s: Discover secrets, lore, and the stories of Farah and the different inhabitants of the tower with an interactable dialogue system.
Deep combat system: Explore a wide variety of approaches to combat and exploration by fully utilizing your weapon with its unique parrying mechanic and the many different upgrades you find along the way.
Platforming and puzzles: Experience all the environmental puzzles and challenges the tower has to offer, and see how it might affect your approach to exploration and combat. Secret rewards may await you, should seek them out.
Unique bosses: Many powerful foes are trying to stop your descent. Test your skills against unique bosses with their own moves, lore and motivations.
Try and try again: Replay stages and try new approaches to raise your rank and see what you might discover should you succeed.
