Fechtbucher - Uber-Realistic Medieval game, with Melee Combat based on Physics. Participate in tournaments, or explore the dungeons to uncover a dark story. Master guards and strikes inspired by HEMA, straight out of medieval guidebooks.
Realistic Combat
The combat is heavily inspired by HEMA (Historical European Martial Arts). All of the animations and combat mechanics are designed, taking into consideration medieval guidebooks (also known as Fechtbucher) about melee combat.
With intuitive controls, you can switch between multiple stances, and strike from any direction.
Dark Storyline
Fechtbucher features game modes purely focused on combat, where you won't be distracted by any other game mechanics.
But it also has Dungeon Crawling game mode, where you will uncover a dark storyline full of mysteries.
Gore
To provide an authentic medieval experience, Fechtbucher incorporates realistic gore. Whether it's cutting off heads or limbs, or breaking bones, you will feel the full impact of close combat.
