Fartal Error is a dark third-person survival horror where visceral terror meets intestinal humor. You play as Layla G., a young American executive visiting Mexico who, after devouring tacos filled with questionable minced rat meat, suffers a devastating stomach ache that leads her straight to doom.
After blowing out her tires on a deserted road with no cellphone signal, Layla is forced to seek refuge in a nearby building: an old, abandoned federal asylum. What she doesn’t know is that the place is now home to a cult of former patients—now blind, Satan-worshipping cannibals who only feast on terrified flesh and have turned every corner of the asylum into a sensory trap. Escaping quietly might be possible… if it weren’t for Layla’s uncontrollable digestive issue.
Find your way out while exploring a stifling Mexican asylum. Engage in melee or firearms combat against vicious, hungry enemies. Enjoy a thrilling experience of action, horror, and stealth. And above all... be quiet! Any sound can alert the asylum's inhabitants... including your guts.
