Farsight

Something is very wrong with your eyes. A routine eye exam pulls you into the house inside the machine. Beware. The figures in the image are closer than they appear.

About the Game

You know the house in the eye exam.

But how do you so intimately recognize a place you've never been? You can't help it, you must walk up the field, stretching on infinitely, up to the door... and knock.

Farsight is a first-person horror game following a kid taking a regular eye exam.

Everything is strange when you’re twelve years old. They tell you how to talk, how to behave, how to see.

You make up stories. You just want to play. But they’ve noticed. And now, you’re being taken somewhere that promises to fix you.

Your eyes have betrayed you.

Peer through keyholes. Watch from a distance with binoculars. Peek beneath the surface of reality with the FUNTIME-GO camera.

And when it all gets a bit too much, and you want to crawl into a hole in the cursed, rotting earth, play with FUNTIME-GO, your handheld console, instead! Check out a small library of game cartridges from the 90's and take 2-bit photos!

Welcome to CWell Eyecare.

CWell Eyecare. Where everyone is seen.

FEATURES:

  • Step Into the Liminal: Endless fields, looping corridors, a picture-perfect house, and a breath on the back of your neck, all feeling too familiar.

  • The House: Windows warm and inviting. Your whole life was leading up to this moment. It's everything you've always wanted. Everything you'd die for.

  • Photograph What Isn't There: Use the FUNTIME-GO, a 1990s-style handheld console, to take low-resolution photos that reveal things your eyes can't see. And things you'll wish you never had.

  • Play Games on the FUNTIME-GO: A small library of game cartridges for the FUNTIME-GO, worlds to escape into, where the only thing that matters is to play.

  • Use the Walkie-Talkie: Your only friend talks to you over the walkie-talkie. Until you hear whispers reaching you... beckoning you.

  • Use the Binoculars: Watch Them from a safe distance. Never let them watch you for too long.
