About the Game

Many people dream of running away from the city to the countryside. When you get a chance to buy a farm in Tennessee, you don't hesitate for a moment.
Located in a picturesque spot, surrounded by forested hills, it is truly awe-inspiring.
But there’s a lot of work ahead of you. The buildings are falling apart, so is the equipment. The animals wander around as they please, and the fields are slowly turning into a forest. Even Old Bill who sold us the farm is still living in the shed, the thought of moving out never even crossing his mind.

Time to roll up your sleeves and get to work. The farm needs a serious renovation to become an ecological agricultural enterprise. A humorous story about the struggles of a townie who decided to become a farmer. This simulator will provide you with hours and hours of unconstrained entertainment.

Renovate!

All the buildings need to be renovated. The old boards and tiles have to be removed. Some elements have to be torn down. You need to clean the stables, get rid of rats and mice. You can choose whatever you need from the range of available tools and options to rebuild the farm just the way you like it. You are free to decide what you want to do first.

Build!

If your aim is to have an ecological farm, you need to plan its development. You can construct new buildings or expand the existing ones. Change the interiors and room layouts. Your budget is the only limit.

Cultivate the land and breed animals!

The fields have been lying fallow for a long time. You will need to grub up the trees, remove the weeds and sow corn. Ecological farm has its own rules. There is a lot of manual work to do. Grow tomatoes, green beans, cotton, soya, corn, wheat and sorghum.
As you renew the stable and the barn, you can build new corrals for the animals. You can breed horses, cows, sheep, goats, chickens, rabbits and bees.

Sell your products!

Open a store and sell goods from your farm. Invite people from the city to your fields and your orchard, and let them harvest your crops for a fee. Organize family events. Sell your goods in bulk to supermarkets.

Hire people!

As the farm grows, you’ll no longer be able to do everything by yourself. Hire people. Choose the actions they can perform using the UI. Monitor their work, fire them and hire new employees if there is a need.

Be careful!

Old Bill, who lives in the shed by the forest, won’t be very favorable towards your proceedings. Try to win him over. Maybe what he does in the shed can be included in your offer of goods. It's Tennessee, after all!
Set a weather station to protect yourself from dangerous weather events.
Foxes, martens and bears will be a pain in the neck. Build live-capture traps and protect your farm.

Surprises!

The neighborhood has its history. Taking a long walk might pay off. If you look around carefully enough, you may find some interesting objects, or even gold and silver! All of that can be sold, which will surely help you develop your farm.
