About the Game

In the far north of Russia lies the Kola Superdeep Borehole, the deepest hole ever drilled into the Earth. The project was suddenly shut down, and no real explanation was ever given. Your story takes place while the site is still active. You play as a geologist, a scientist who studies rocks and the layers beneath the planet’s surface. You’re sent to the borehole to investigate strange signals coming from deep underground. As you descend, the information you collect begins to challenge the basic ideas you were taught about how the Earth is formed. The deeper you go, the more the familiar picture of the planet starts to fall apart. When you finally uncover the truth, you’re forced to face a single, unsettling realization: What science has mapped so far is not Earth as it is, but a False Earth.

You play as a geologist drilling deep into the Earth. Your bore machine is your main vehicle and your safe zone. You use it to dig through different layers of rock, each with its own look and density. At each layer, you stop to collect samples, scan the rock, and check your frequency indicators. When the area is stable, you can step out with your pickaxe to break rocks, gather ore, and explore small caves for extra samples. The gameplay loop is straightforward: drill down, study the layer, collect what you need, then go deeper. Every level reveals new materials and new clues about what lies beneath the surface.
