We're glad you're here soldier, we need you.
A dark time has come upon our nation. Our forces are being overrun and we have lost air superiority. We are retreating back to the capital but we must try to save as many of our forces as we can.
That's where you come in.
As the last remaining pilot we need you to provide air cover for our retreating Army. Using our experimental Helicopters try to save as many as you can, hamper or destroy the enemy where you can but get as many of our assets home as possible so we can mount our defence.
You'll have to scavenge supplies in the field at times and some missions may seem impossible but you must succeed! Only the final battle will tell if you have done enough.

Fallback! Is a 2.5D side scroller where you take on the role of an embattled Helicopter pilot in the style of old school games from the 80's. Rescue soldiers, collect supplies and destroy targets across a variety of landscapes and missions to build up your defences for the final showdown.
