GAME BOY VERSION OUT NOW — STEAM VERSION TBA

The full Game Boy edition is available now as a boxed physical release. A Steam version for Windows, macOS and Linux is planned; its release date is to be announced. The trailer and screenshots show the Game Boy edition.

A solar system inside a cartridge

Fall from Space is an open-world, non-linear sci-fi action RPG created by solo developer Joel Jarman and originally built for real Game Boy hardware. Explore a solar system full of secrets, side quests, upgrades and choices that matter.

It blends Metroidvania-style platforming with the freedom of an open-world RPG. Drawing on Paradise Lost and 90s CRPGs such as Fallout, its story explores memory, loss and discovery across interconnected worlds.

About the original edition

Developed from 2021 to 2026, the original Game Boy edition supports Game Boy Color and compatible hardware, including GBA/SP, Chromatic and Analogue Pocket. It also includes Game Boy Printer support. Steam-specific features and requirements will be confirmed as development progresses.
