7 itemsAbout the Game
Every fairytale has an end—but what happens after?
A darkness has fallen over the enchanted lands, leaving people sick and weak. Explore the world as Red Riding Hood, forage fruit and fungi, barter with folk of fables, and find a cure for the creeping illness they call the Dwale. But beware nightfall: Sleep until dawn, or roam the dark to find secrets the night hides. Keep your lantern lit, lest you fall victim to the very illness you’re looking to cure.
Explore the Lands and Meet Legendary Characters
From the ailing town of Dawnhollow in the Enchanted Forest, to the toxic swamps of the Murkmire, or the icy tundra of the Nanuk Mountains—every biome holds its own myths, its own perilous quests and dangers, and its own fabled characters.
Manage your Basket
The things you keep in your basket want to be stacked carefully. Place heavy, sturdy items at the bottom and light, fragile ones at the top, or you may find things squished and destroyed the next time you look inside.
Survive the Dark
In the night, your lantern is your lifeline to elude the darkness. But the creatures of the night will do everything in their power to steal it.
Find the Cure
A strange, dark plague is infesting the land. The Lantern King, the ominous ruler of the Enchanted Forest, claims he’s manufacturing a cure. Does he know more than he’s letting on? Can you afford to trust him? Or… can you afford not to?
