About the Game

Welcome to the Virtual Referee Room!

Your job as a Virtual Referee is to inspect football replays and identify infringements. Once a key moment in the match happens, a replay tape of it gets generated. You then need to use the tools on your computer to inspect the replay: You can play, pause, scrub, zoom and check extra information with the match log.

Once an issue is encountered, you can use the Disciplinary Action System to determine your decision to punish a player or a team.

As new regulations are introduced over time, you need to pay more attention to each replay as it could contain multiple infringements - all of this with the pressure of fans that expect you to make a quick and fair decision. Your perfomance during your shifts matter, so you will have to try to keep up a good score!

Throughout the narrative, you will unveil more information about how the company works and decide what path you want to take on your journey as a Virtual Referee. Will you always make fair decisions? Are there external influences in play? That is all up to you.

Good luck.
