About the Game

ESPACE is a hardcore, top-down space survival and construction simulation set in a vast, unforgiving void. You don't just control a character; you are the architect of your own survival. Design, build, and pilot your personal spacecraft while managing the thin line between life and a cold, silent end.

Individual Command & Multiplayer

The universe is vast, and you aren't alone—but you are in control. In ESPACE, every player commands their own unique ship.

  • Your Own Vessel: You are responsible for every tile, wire, and tank on your ship.

  • Fly Together: Navigate the void alongside other players, each in their own customized craft.

  • Strategic Independence: Trade resources or coordinate movements, but remember: if your life support fails, your ship is your responsibility alone.

Master the Art of Survival

In deep space, resources are everything. You must constantly monitor and manage:

  • Oxygen: Build scrubbers and storage tanks. Without air, the journey ends quickly.

  • Power Grid: Connect generators and batteries. Ensure your ship’s systems have enough juice to stay operational.

  • Fuel & Heat: Manage your engines and thermal output to keep your ship moving and your systems from freezing.

Modular Construction

Use a deep, grid-based building system to expand your starting module into a space-faring fortress.

  • System Integration: Manually wire up components to create a functional, living machine.

  • Weight & Efficiency: Every block you add changes how your ship handles. Balance protection with maneuverability.

  • Adaptability: Modify your layout on the fly to deal with system failures or new technology upgrades.

Exploration and Scavenging

The void is filled with the remains of those who failed. Use them to succeed.

  • Mining: Locate and extract raw materials like Iron and Copper from procedural asteroid fields.

  • Refining: Process raw ores into high-tech components needed for advanced ship modules.

  • Progression: Discover new blueprints and tech to venture deeper into more dangerous sectors of space.
