About the Game

*Story Overview

Elezion is a visual novel about memory, war, and human emotion. The narrative follows two main timelines that connect to several hidden, interwoven periods—including the 1950s, 1990s, 2000s, and a near-future era. Nostalgic textures and futuristic elements coexist, forming a story built from overlapping fragments of memory.

Across different eras, war—regardless of its scale or form—reshapes people’s lives. Some lose their homes, some lose their faith, and others are forced to continue forward through ruins. The end of war does not bring true healing; its psychological scars echo across generations and affect every character.

In a world where relationships become fragile and complicated, various forms of connection—understanding, dependence, steady friendship, and sudden separation—sometimes offer comfort and sometimes teach people how to forgive and be forgiven. As the protagonist searches for family, love, and the meaning of existence, he gradually realizes that memories are no longer reliable and the boundaries of reality are beginning to blur. This raises a question: if this world can no longer be repaired, is there hope in another one? In a parallel universe, there may be another version of “us” who never knew war, never lost loved ones, and lives the life we long for but cannot attain.

Elezion is not a story about despair. It is about how, even after being torn apart by memories and conflict, people still try to understand, reach out to, and save one another.
