In Elective Affair, you play Dorian Pryce, founder and chief surgeon of Lumière Aesthetics—an influencer-driven cosmetic-surgery empire built on speed, scale, and the promise of a better self in twelve easy payments. Three weeks after a young patient dies on an unwatched recovery bed, Dorian is trapped between a medical-board investigation, a wrongful-death lawsuit, private-equity pressure, and a glossy relaunch campaign designed to bury the truth.

As the walls close in, he's pulled into three high-stakes romances—each with a different kind of intimacy, danger, and consequence—where every confession can ruin careers, destroy a marriage, or finally put a dead girl's name back where it belongs.

Gabi Vega — The Sister
Brielle's older sister: a working-class Miami mechanic with grease on her hands, rage in her throat, and grief she refuses to let anyone rebrand into "closure." She comes to Lumière for her sister's records and finds herself leaning on the one man inside the machine who treats her like a person—before she understands he is the machine.



Bianca Adair — The Co-Founder

Mara Quintero — The Anesthesiologist
Lumière's lead anesthesiologist is the clinic's sharpest mind and its most uncompromising conscience—the one who warned Dorian in writing that the schedule would kill someone, then performed CPR when it did. Calm, exact, and dry as bone, Mara is also the sworn witness whose testimony can end him.
