STORY

After a grueling day of work wondering why he even bothers anymore, a chance encounter leads to Jake waking up in a laboratory in an unfamiliar world encased in a suit of armor.

Something went wrong with his transfer into the new world and his critical condition was stabilized by an affable genius who seems to be from another world herself. She wants to help Jake gain power and look into something for her.

The native inhabitants of the world are in turmoil due to recently losing access to magic. The loss seems to have happened around the same time Jake crossed over from Earth.

Jake's savior, Zara, seems to know more about what happened than she's letting on. Can she really be trusted?
