Echoes of the Iron Prison is a 2D platform game. The player guides the prisoner through a series of screens towards the prison exit. To overcome opponents, she will have basic movement with jumps, the option to use stealth, engage in dialogues with good/bad consequences, and, at certain points in the game, engage in direct combat. Along with this, there is interaction with elements of the scenery. On this journey, she will discover more about the prison and about herself. It is possible to lose at certain stealth failures and also by choosing wrong options in dialogues.
