5 itemsAbout the Game
Dying in Dread is a dark survival horror game about everyday life falling apart. You wake up unemployed, replaced by AI. A cold assistant on your computer offers “advice” while debt and hunger slowly strip away your peace of mind. Every sleep resets the world, but not the consequences. Explore the neighborhood, scavenge for food, and spend your last coins on antidepressants. Take care of your mental state — neglect will lead to hallucinations or severe psychosis, where you’ll have to fight your own fears to survive. Fail to pay the bills, and you’ll lose the roof over your head. Go without sleep, and you’ll spiral into psychosis, where monsters are as real as the debt collector knocking at your door.
