About the Game

Dungeon Depths

Dungeon Depths is a roguelike, souls-like RPG currently in development, with plans to expand into a full-scale online experience in the future.

It draws heavy inspiration from games like Enter The Gungeon, Hypixel Skyblock, Runescape, Metin2, and Dark Souls. The goal is to combine fast-paced, skill-based combat with deep progression systems and cooperative gameplay.

The Town / Hub

The town serves as the player’s main base. Here you can shop for items, accept quests, upgrade your gear, and prepare for the challenges ahead. It also holds the entrance to the dungeons, which form the core of the game.

The Dungeons

Each dungeon has its own theme and is divided into multiple floors. Every floor is randomly generated, ensuring that each run feels fresh and unpredictable. As you progress, enemies become tougher, and bosses await at the end of each floor. Once a floor is completed, players are graded on their performance from F to S+.

Gameplay

Dungeon Depths features a top-down view where players move using WASD and attack with the left and right mouse buttons. Each room spawns waves of enemies that must be defeated to unlock the doors and advance further.

Bosses include bullet hell-inspired mechanics, encouraging players to make use of the roll ability.

The game uses a classless system, allowing players to freely swap between different builds. Whether you prefer a defensive, tanky setup or a high-damage loadout, you can adjust your gear to fit your playstyle. With a wide variety of weapons, armors, and abilities, there’s plenty of room for creativity and experimentation.
