Drop 9

Underground work pays well—if you survive. Memorize codes, sneak through flooded tunnels, and avoid what's hunting you. Pack the crate, set the lock. One wrong move, and you’re the next missing delivery.

How It Works – A Glimpse Into the Underground

In Drop 9, survival isn’t just about staying alive—it’s about precision, timing, and mastering the underworld’s black-market logistics. Here’s how the job works, and why no two deliveries are ever the same:

1. Accepting Your Order

Head to any functional terminal in the underground to receive a new black-market contract. Each order comes encrypted with critical info—item ID, pickup deadline, recipient location, and the payout. Pay close attention: you’ll need to memorize codes, avoid decoys, and choose which orders are worth the risk.

2. Retrieving the Goods

Once you reach the stash site, crack the code. Some containers use rotating dials, others require rapid input under stress. Get it wrong, and it locks you out—or worse, alerts something else. Retrieve the contraband quickly, then vanish.

3. Hide from the Entity

You’re not alone down here. Something stalks the tunnels—drawn to light, sound, and fear. But the undercity is full of places to hide. Lockers, ventilation shafts, beds, stairwells. Timing and silence are your only allies.

4. Deliver Your Cargo

Each item is unique—not just in appearance, but weight, risk level, and destination. Some scream danger. Others whisper it. Learn to read the value vs. risk. Some shipments are tracked. Some… shouldn’t be touched at all.

5. Seal & Send

Once secured, lock the crate and head to the nearest Drop Point. Input the recipient code and send the cargo off. If you miss the pickup window, the vendor pulls out—and you’re left with nothing but regrets. Or worse.
