About the Game

Manhattan's most scrutinized heart-transplant program. Tuesday-morning committee votes decide who gets the call, and who doesn't.

In Donor Tryst, you play Vaughn Aldrich, Chief of Cardiac Transplantation at Mercer-Aaronson Medical Center. A federal investigation, a New York Times exposé, and a looming Senate hearing close in over twelve weeks—and three women enter your orbit with incompatible stakes.

In a world ruled by minutes, memos, and the pager's unforgiving beep, intimacy isn't an escape. It's another decision that has consequences.

Meet the Cast

Eloise Hauptmann — "The Waitlist"
The polished public face of patient advocacy—and the wife of a Status 1A patient whose survival depends on the list you chair. She arrives with foundation-board grace, donor-level influence, and a private fear she has learned to translate into elegant language. The route with the hardest geometry: forbidden attraction threaded through duty, money, and a marriage living on borrowed time.

Halle Park — "The Fellow"
A senior transplant fellow and the inventor-of-record on the allocation tool now under federal subpoena—precise, relentless, and quietly furious at anyone who misunderstands her work. Both your sharpest asset and your most dangerous responsibility: a mentee whose future you can elevate with a sentence—or ruin by staying silent. A slow-burn collision of mentorship, ambition, and desire in a system that keeps score.

Sasha Halevy — "The Embed"
A senior New York Times investigative correspondent who lives by attribution, leverage, and the discipline of the written record—until her embed places her too close to the man at the center of her story. Threat and mirror: the one person who can turn your choices into history, and the one who understands exactly what those choices cost. Intimacy under ethics—where every "off the record" moment still leaves a trace.

Key Features

  • Three romance routes, one impossible choice: Pick who you answer first—and watch that triage decision reshape your season, your ethics, and your heart.
  • A high-stakes medical thriller backdrop: Allocation, investigations, subpoenas, and the brutal logistics of transplantation drive every scene with grounded institutional detail.
  • Romance under scrutiny: Love stories built on power, proximity, and professional risk—where reputations, careers, and lives are always on the record somewhere.
  • A clockwork narrative of pressure and release: Weekly publication deadlines, OIG tranches, and the looming Senate hearing create relentless momentum toward the call.
  • Themes with bite: Scarcity, fairness, complicity, and choice—told without easy moralizing, in a system that keeps running long after the credits.
  • Adult content: Each romance route includes explicit adult scenes.
