About the Game

Help your city and your government as a Device Repair Associate.

We require a certified technician for an essential role in your community. This is not a position for the distracted or the inquisitive. Independently minded applicants will not be considered.

You will be provided clean, efficient facilities. You will follow supervisor guidance. You will stay focused on the task at hand. You will comply with all regulations.

SERVE YOUR COMMUNITY AND YOUR GOVERNMENT

Your duty is to repair customer devices with care and close attention to detail. Ensure our communication services continue without interruption. Full compliance is expected.

Sensitive information may be encountered during repairs. You will handle it appropriately, without discussion and without question. Non-compliant behaviour must be reported through approved channels without delay. 

REGULATIONS MAKE SAFER COMMUNITIES

Employees must be aware of and compliant to official workplace regulations at all times. Regulations are subject to change without prior notice and will be issued each morning. Failure to comply with regulations will not be overlooked.

Familiarity with the previous day's regulations does not constitute compliance with the current day’s regulations. You will ensure compliance at all times.

OBSERVATION ENSURES EFFICIENCY

All work will be observed and workers are subject to routine compliance reviews. Your actions will be noted. We trust that you will make the right choices.
