About the Game

DIY Shop Simulator puts you behind the counter of your own hardware store. Stock the shelves, price your goods, serve the customers, and turn a small shop into a thriving business. It's the satisfying, easy-to-learn store loop you can lose hours in.

Run the shop

Take products from the warehouse, place them on the shelves, and set a price for each item. Customers browse the aisles and line up at the checkout with a shopping list, and it's your job to serve each one: pick their items, scan them at the register, take the payment, and send them on their way.

Stock, sell, reinvest

Every sale earns you money, and every dollar goes back into the shop. Order new stock from the office computer, wait for the delivery to land in the warehouse, and carry it out to the shelves. Keep the shop full, keep the customers happy, and watch your profits grow.

Fill your shelves

Stock your store with a range of hardware and building supplies, from power tools like drills, angle grinders, impact drivers and circular saws to hand tools, saws, and building materials like cement, gypsum and paint. Each product has its own price and profit margin, so decide what's worth stocking and how to price it.

Price it your way

Set the price on every item yourself. Go cheap to move stock fast, or push your margins for a bigger profit on each sale. Manage your money, plan your orders, and keep the business in the black.

Easy to learn

A step-by-step tutorial walks you through everything, from moving around and stocking shelves to serving customers and placing your first order, so you're running the shop in minutes.
