About the Game

Dillingham is a deeply detailed fish-processing and factory-management game inspired by the real-world fast pace, pressure, and gritty charm of Alaskan seafood plants. You control a fully simulated facility where every station—from the pinner to the slimer to the deheader and freezer racks—plays a role in the chain of production. Boats arrive off-screen to unload fresh fish onto the dock, conveyors move product through machines with physics-driven behavior, AI workers operate based on class-specific rules, and forklifts shuttle boxes and racks to where they’re needed most. Every item has weight, state, type, z-height, and machine interactions, turning the plant into a living system you must constantly tune.

Whether you’re routing frozen racks, keeping belts from clogging, optimizing worker flow, or dealing with the unpredictable messiness of machinery jams, Dillingham pushes you to think strategically under pressure. With its blend of Overcooked-style action, factory-sim depth, and your signature procedural GameMaker engineering, it offers a uniquely immersive and satisfying take on industrial chaos. From dock to freezer, every moment is about staying sharp, staying fast, and keeping the line alive.
