Build your own industrial base among the stars. Begin with a frontier space station, explore unknown regions of space, and develop your fleet and production network.

Deep Space Idle: Frontier Era is an idle management game centered around space exploration and industrial development. Even when you are away, resource production and research continue to progress. Return to plan your next steps and gradually expand your territory.

Explore and Develop

  • Mine minerals and harvest gases, build your own space station, and establish a stable resource supply chain

  • Manufacture ships through blueprints, unlocking blueprints for industrial ships, archaeology vessels, combat destroyers, and eventually Titans

  • Discover a wide variety of ship equipment, ammunition, and boosters

  • Research technologies to improve your industrial production capabilities

  • Recruit NPCs to form a legion and assemble your fleet

  • Venture into intense warzones and claim valuable loot

  • Explore ancient ruins, uncover the legacy of the Precursors, and discover the glory of civilizations long past

  • Explore the starmap, complete trials, and obtain valuable resources from wormholes

  • Manage production queues and automate your industrial processes

  • Continue accumulating resources and progress while you are offline

Single-Player at Its Core, Alliances as an Extension

The core gameplay can be played offline. Plan your mining, manufacturing, and combat progress at your own pace while exploring the starmap and gradually developing your territory.

Alliance features provide additional online interaction, including joining or creating an alliance, completing alliance missions, and working together to build an alliance star city. An internet connection is required for alliance features.
