About the Game

Dead Air County is a first-person horror extraction game where every contract sends you into a cursed county building to recover evidence, survive the signal, and get out before the place turns against you.

Each round begins with a contract. You are told what object needs to be recovered, what kind of threat to expect, and how much the job pays. Once you enter the building, the objective is hidden somewhere inside a procedurally generated layout of rooms, offices, records areas, storage spaces, and dark forgotten corners.

Finding the objective is only the first problem.

When the evidence is recovered, the building reacts. Lights shift. The air distorts. Radio static rises. Rooms may change. The apparition begins hunting harder. Your goal becomes simple: survive long enough to reach extraction.

Features

Contract-Based Horror Runs — Accept a contract before each round and recover a different haunted object.
Procedural County Buildings — Explore changing layouts with randomized rooms, furniture, pickups, and objective locations.
Extraction Gameplay — Find the objective, trigger the danger phase, and escape before the building overwhelms you.
A Living Building — After the objective is collected, the environment becomes more hostile through lights, sound, distortion, and shifting events.
The Apparition — A signal-corrupted entity stalks the building and punishes players who stay too long.
Dead Air Pulse — Fight back with a supernatural shockwave that can disrupt the apparition, but only for a short time.
Upgrades and Resources — Earn money, collect scrap, and upgrade your gear between contracts.
Survival Tools — Manage flashlight power, health, hunger, med packs, batteries, and quick-slot items.
Dark Horror Atmosphere — Dense interior fog, flickering lights, radio static, and oppressive room design create constant tension.
