What awaits me?
Welcome to Cairo, 2127 — where information is worth more than money.
You wake up half-dead in a filthy alley with no memory, not even of your own name. A data broker named Torg saves your life, but nothing in this city comes for free. To repay your debt, you'll have to learn his trade and become a broker on the black market of information.
Buy archives, uncover classified data, work with powerful factions, and piece together fragments of your forgotten past. But remember: in a world where information is worth a fortune, you can trust no one.
What will I do?
Find clients on the underground forum and sell classified data to the highest bidder.
Buy and crack open archives, analyze the files inside, and determine their true value.
Protect yourself from viruses. Some files are traps that trigger a hacking mini-game, and failure can be costly.
Hire agents and send them on dangerous operations to extract data from heavily guarded facilities.
Shape the balance of power between corporations, rebels, and syndicates through your decisions and deals.
Recover fragments of your memory to discover who you were before you ended up on the streets of Cairo.
Trust no one.
