About the Game

Guide the plumed basilisk Dr. Peri Maddock, a young but skilled surgeon burdened with a mysterious cybernetic eye. It's your job to save your patients — no matter if they have a four-chambered stomach, a shell as tough as steel, or even two hearts.

Screw, solder, and hack your way through the dawn of cybernetics. Your patients may come with faulty implants, leaky machine oil, and broken synthetic body parts.

Across over 40 operations, will you be able to adapt to not only these new technologies, but also a looming threat growing behind the scenes?

Cut, stitch, burn, or screw? Different problems call for different solutions, and you'll have to master them all to save your patients.
