About the Game

Curse the Cursor is a bullet-hell roguelike shooter set within a corrupted computer. Fight through a twisting digital labyrinth, blasting through infected folders, web pages, terminals, and more. Collect powerful items and weapons to fight back against the increasing infection… but be careful not to pick up too many curses.

Each weapon changes your cursor and your playstyle, from rapid-firing pointers to swiping paint-brush cursors and much more. Curses make every run unique. Some affect how you fight or move, while others distort the interface itself. You can play it safe or embrace the chaos to survive.

Between runs, choose from different antivirus programs, each granting active abilities and passive traits that shape your approach to every descent into the system.

A mysterious figure within the system can remove curses, but only if you are willing to pay the price.

Delve into a collapsing network full of corrupted entities, hidden caches, and the occasional shop where you can stock up. Use your limited “RAM” to revisit rooms and keep your exploration smooth and fast-paced.
