Her Majesty's Maid of Honor Elena entered her office, hoping for a quiet time, an opportunity to attend to paperwork and personal matters. She had just returned from a parallel world where she had searched with her team for superweapons and then destroyed them. It wasn't an easy campaign, and she was exhausted. Also, the queen called Helena in for a private, rather titillating conversation after the award. The queen was clearly not in the mood:

- You consider your company a success, do you not?

- Quite right. We found and disarmed the superweapon, in spite of the complexity of the situation.

- But you're the one who allowed the superweapon to go missing and then be used, and then that portal opened up and creepy monsters like the giant praying mantis came pouring out! Our valiant troops spent a whole week exterminating them. Two villages in one of the counties were destroyed ... though by our own shells. It turned out that these mantises can simply be asked to leave by giving them some coal. But we found that out later. I mean, this is all your fault, and I wish it never happens again!

- Yes, Your Majesty, I will do my best not to let it happen again. - answered Helena and went to her study.

And no sooner had she sat down in her chair, hoping for a quiet evening, as in the middle of the office formed a portal and a cyborg came out of it. He turned out to be her friend, engineer Percy, from the future. Everything went wrong there, and now there is no Helena or the queen in his time, and Yorick is missing along with the time machine. Percy then creates a new time machine to go back to the reference point and change the course of events that led to this. Percy is sure that the man who created all of this will arrive from the future with his time machine in a couple of days.
