Crown Code Chronicles is a story-driven, JRPG-style game with platformer elements; featuring a unique take on the traditional turn-based system. The game takes place in a magical medieval fantasy world, and journeys back and forth anywhere from prehistoric times all the way to a cyberpunk-style futuristic world.
Prince Vareus (a.k.a Var) witnesses his father's death, and after a series of events, ends up using an ancient relic to time travel in order to save his father's life. He unknowingly unleashes the greatest threat to existence and must recruit a team of the most powerful fighters throughout time to help defeat that threat, known as Vierus.
