About the Game

Build, connect, and occasionally explode your way through a series of challenges based on real-world electrical problems. Using a physically accurate SPICE simulator, you assemble circuits, explore electrical concepts, and solve creative puzzles that blend learning with laughter.

In Crispy Circuits, you step into the shoes of Giddily, and her loyal hamster helper Crispy. She's a young inventor with boundless imagination. He's a small, stocky rodent with an appetite for destruction.

When he is not containing his animal instincts, he is a very helpful sidekick to our protagonist Giddily. If she is suffering from tunnel vision, he always finds a way to think outside the box. He uses his trusty hamster wheel to generate power for the experiments they conduct together. His only wish in this world is to be able to fly again. That is why he is hell-bent on making Giddily fix his RC aeroplane.

The game presents you with a problem and a set of tools to solve it. Instead of directly guiding you towards a solution, the game encourages you to explore ideas with a fail fast, fail often attitude. Through that process you get a better understanding of the problem, learning how to utilise the tools and arrive at a solution. A few electrocutions and explosions on the way are a bonus.

Giddily’s most prized possession. Filled with her grandfather’s hand-drawn sketches, assembly notes, and engineering wisdom, it helps her piece together the RC airplane one step at a time. Use it to track completed tasks, learn what each component does, and uncover clues about how everything fits together. It also keeps a collection of your saved circuits, making it easy to revisit favorite designs, share solutions with friends, and build upon your best ideas.
