About the Game

Crisis Island is a fast paced, top down, pixel art, twin-stick shooter that takes inspiration from Time Crisis, Shock Troopers, and 80s action movies!

The evil Martillo de la Justicia has taken the President's daughter hostage... and strapped her to a nuke! Only special agents Claire Savage and Anya Cain can successfully infiltrate their base on the dreaded Isla del la Libertad, rescue the President's daughter and avoid nuclear catastrophe!

A top down action romp!

Crisis Island is all about moving fast, shooting first and asking questions later. Movement has been tailored to feel smooth, responsive and swift.

Destroy your enemies with multiple weapons!

Claire and Anya are packing pistols, shotguns and machine guns! Switch up your weapon type to best suit the situation and enemies in front of you.

An authentic retro feel!

Using the Mega Drive's colour palette, but not its limitations, gives Crisis Island a familiar, slightly gritty, 16-bit 90s aesthetic that will immediately feel familiar.
