Far from the capital with no real prospects, you stumble upon a rare opportunity: a beat-up bar going for dirt cheap. In that small roadside town, you're stepping into a business that'll take you straight into the heart of crime and nightlife, building an empire of bars, brothels, and backyard distilleries.

Craft drinks in unimaginable ways, mixing all sorts of wild and sketchy ingredients. Discover and create recipes unlike anything else.

Serve your customers, deliver drinks, or take on shady deals for underground goods.

That run-down bar was just the start. Expand with new properties, hire employees, and automate your whole production and distribution operation.

Growing this business ain't easy. You're gonna face all kinds of heat: cops on one side, rival gangs on the other. Use whatever you got to hold your ground.

In the underworld, it's not all beefs there's fun too. How about some illegal street races against San Paul's hottest drivers?
