About the Game

Court Vision is a basketball GM simulation where scouting, drafting, trading, signing, and developing players all run on interconnected systems. Sign with a team and take it through decades of franchise history, with a simulation engine calibrated against real basketball data.

Most basketball simulations treat scouting, training, chemistry, and contracts as separate menus. Court Vision treats them as one system. Trade for a veteran wing and you are not adding OVR. You are changing the development arc of the rookie you paired with him, the chemistry of the locker room he walks into, and the rotation that produces every box score for the rest of the season.

The engine was built against real basketball data. Pace, scoring distributions, usage curves, and clutch win probabilities were tuned until league-wide output matched real outcomes. Team chemistry is a living system shaped by wins, losses, veteran leadership, and franchise history. High-chemistry teams outperform expectations.

My first NBA 2K was 2K10 with Kobe on the cover. I used to sneak out of my room at night to boot up my Xbox 360 and sim just "one more season". The idea of turning a broken roster into a dynasty had me hooked for years.

Now after years of putting up with underwhelming updates to the myGM experience, that feeling is gone. Trades are still cheeseable. Chemistry is still shallow. Your superstar walks in free agency for no reason. I spent years waiting for someone to fix the basketball GM experience. Nobody did. So I built it myself.

I plan on expanding Court Vision into a full basketball GM career. Start in high school and coach your team to the state title, move to college and win the big dance and finally take your talent to the association and win the chip. Follow your players from the college ranks to the professional draft and into your franchise.
