About the Game

Two friends trick or treat without costumes, caring only for their candy. All goes well until one house they visit, the owner is found to be a genuine Witch, who promptly banishes them to a magical realm for not wearing their costumes. The two friends find themselves forced into new outfits, with strange powers conferred to them by their newfound costumes.

Explore the world of Costume Curse, a turn based RPG with an emphasis on combat and dialogue. The core gameplay involves the use of an Action Command, which has the player engage with combat turns beyond confirming an attack and watching it play out.

Features

  • Action Command - When performing an ability, time your input to improve the effectiveness of the ability! If you don't, expect your moves to pack less of a punch! Experience different variations of Action Command through a variety of abilities

  • Unlock New Abilities - As you progress throughout the story, unlock new abilities by exploring the world around you. Someone might just be waiting for you...

  • Environmental Objects - During combat, interact with certain objects around you by using your costume powers on them! Be careful, some might not have any effect, while others might have an explosive reaction!

  • Dialogue - Interact with the world around you by talking to different NPCs in the world of Costume Curse. You might get awarded if you do - whether that's combat advice or even candy!

  • Merciless Enemies - Face the wrath of Halloween! Different enemies have a unique twist to them. Figure them out to improve your combat knowledge!
