Command the Elements

Acquire powerful geomancer-like abilities, controlling Stone, Wind, Water and Flame. The elemental “Cores” interact to create dynamic strategy as you battle and solve challenges.

Through a flexible action-point based cost system, you can customize the behavior, stats and interactions of your elemental powers, with the only limitations being your energy! You can boost the Flamecore to destructive levels of damage, but it will cost a lot to summon.

Unique Tactical Turn-based Battles

Engage in tactical turn-based battles using your control of the elements in a unique non-RNG based tactical battle system. Odd and interesting creatures and bosses will test you with puzzles and battles, granting powers and knowledge once overcome.

Will you use a Stonecore to create a barrier? Or launch it at an enemy in combination with the Windcore? Or use wind to blast a Flamecore into a Watercore, with the resulting Stonecore falling on the enemy from above?

Demolish Destructible Environments (not only because it’s fun!)

In Core Lords, destructible environments affect the outcome of the battle, having both vertical and horizontal arenas of combat.

You can create the tactical advantages by collapsing structures on your enemies, creating daring escapes to higher ground, blocking paths with flaming debris and slowing water, reflecting projectiles with bubbles, and much more!

Solve Environmental Challenges

Navigate the world cleverly using the environment under your control. Use the world around you to create paths, make traps, and clear environmental obstacles. Core Lords encourages creativity in your approach!
