City-building survival
Commie block is a resource management citybuilder game where your manage and plan out how to optimize production of your own standard issue block of land in a communistic regime only known as the glorious motherland! Your goal is to survive as long as possible against the regimes resource demands!
Construct & Manage
Resource generating buildings & assign workers to them! Each building produces their own resource, which you can utilize in an another building to produce advanced resources or contribute to the production quota. Buildings require basic workers or specialized workers like scientists to function. Properly managing you workforce is the key to a productive and efficient block!
Minimum resource quota
As the manager of a land block you are expected to fulfill minimum resource quotas. The required resources change & increase each time These resource quotas need to be completed in their allocated time period, or you must face the consequences! Proper building planning & worker management is the difference between a good manager and a victim of gravity.
Research to survive against the odds
While the motherlands demands might not always be possible for a regular block manager, you have the advantage of learning from your mistakes! Every quota you complete gives you science points which you can use to research for more efficient production cycles or new ways to help with your assignments!
Failure to meet your resource quota is considered high treason and punishable by defenestration.
Meeting your resource quotas fully might not always be a possibility, in these moments reporting falsified inventory numbers or blaming others is preferable option to being accused of treason
