Combat Miner
Every asteroid is worth more than the last, but so is the danger. An arcade mining roguelite where you mine rare ore, outfly homing missiles, unlock the firepower to fight back, and warp into ever richer sectors. Death ends the run. Your credits and upgrades stay.

11 itemsAbout the Game
Every asteroid is worth more than the last. Until you die.
Every core you collect draws more danger.
Upgrade your ship. Fight back. Go deeper.

You're a miner working the edge of known space. The sun is dying, and every ore core you bring home buys Earth a little more time. Mine asteroids, collect their cores, and stay ahead of the homing missiles drawn to your growing haul. The longer you survive, the richer every pickup gets. Death sends you back to the station, but your credits and upgrades come home with you.
The Field Fights Back
Homing missiles emerge from the dark. One at a time at first, then in packs. Early on you can only out-fly them: precise steering, careful throttle control, and a limited afterburner. Then the station arms you. Flares that pull missiles off your tail. Interceptors that shoot them down. Mines. A cloak that breaks their lock. A Seismic Pulse that clears everything around you.
You're not alone out there, either. Earth sent robot miners before you, on the same mission. They failed, but they still work the belt, grabbing the same cores you're after. The missiles that hunt you ignore machines. The robots won't attack you, but they won't wait for you either.
Every sector you warp into has one fewer of them. Warp far enough and the machines stop coming with you.
Mine
Crack asteroids open with your mining laser and grab their cores before a rival gets there first. Common cores keep you flying. Rare and Exotic cores glow in the dark and pay for the good upgrades.
Survive
The more ore you collect, the higher your threat level climbs, and the more missiles come hunting. Your threat level is your score. Three difficulty settings decide how fast the heat rises.
Warp Deeper
Charge your warp drive with ore and jump to richer sectors, from Copper past Diamond and into deep space. Every sector pays more and mines harder. There is no last sector.
Upgrade
Spend credits between runs at the station: hull, turn thrusters, afterburner, mining lasers, tractor beam, power plant, warp drive, and a missile arsenal.
Die. Learn. Go Again
Every run is a chance to beat your best threat level and your deepest sector.
The field resets. Your upgrades don't.
