About the Game



Cold Chains is a first-person survival horror game set in an inhospitable environment full of mysteries.

After waking up from a years-long coma, you find yourself alone in an abandoned hospital and must search for answers and find a way out of this nightmare filled with violent creatures and hopeless agony.

Explore the locations, taking advantage of what you find along the way. You are not the first to be in this place and you will not be the last. Use the luggage left by those who fell in the past, but be careful not to be the next to perish in this haunted place.

Explore an open map with many interiors and threats.

Looting and Survival

Equip yourself with whatever you find along the way. The journey will not be easy and you will need everything you can find to survive and find the way out.
