Cleaning The Ocean

The ocean didn't get dirty on its own. Pilot your submarine through vast underwater worlds, collect the trash humanity left behind, and uncover what's been growing in the dark. Clean, explore, upgrade and try not to look too closely at what's following you.

About the Game

The ocean is full of secrets. Most of them are trash.

Pilot "The Cleaner," a compact, upgradeable submarine through hand-crafted underwater zones teeming with life, debris, and things best left undisturbed. Your mission is simple: clean it all up. Getting there is anything but.

Collect plastic, tires, fishing nets and sunken junk from the ocean floor. Sell what you haul, upgrade your sub, and push deeper into waters that grow quieter — and stranger — the further you go. Small fish can be captured and catalogued. Sharks are a different story. And some things down here don't fit neatly into either category.

Cleaning The Ocean is a game about the satisfaction of a job well done, the joy of discovery, and the particular unease of realizing something very large has noticed you.

EXPLORE

Dive through diverse ocean zones — each with its own ecosystem, hidden areas, and escalating mystery. Every zone cleaned brings you one step closer to a healthier, quieter sea.

COLLECT & CLEAN

Vacuum up debris, haul trash piles, and drag sunken wreckage back to the surface. Progress is visible — the ocean actually gets cleaner as you play.

UPGRADE YOUR SUB

Expand your collection net, boost engine speed, upgrade your sonar, and unlock new tools and gadgets. Build the sub that fits your playstyle.

DISCOVER OCEAN LIFE

Catalogue hundreds of sea creatures. Capture the harmless ones. Outrun the dangerous ones. Observe the ones you can't explain.

SOMETHING IS DOWN THERE

The deeper zones hide more than trash. Keep your headlights on.
